We want you to love your Klipklop order! Please read our policy carefully so you know what to expect.

1. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Because every item is personalised and made just for you, we can’t offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect spelling, colour, or design choice provided at checkout

Please double-check your order before submitting — we print exactly as entered.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos of the issue and will either:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you, or

  • Offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible

We’ll always make things right.

3. Shipping Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us. We’ll help follow up with the courier and work toward a resolution.
Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by shipping providers, but we’ll always do our best to help.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@klipklop.com.au with your order number, details, and a photo if relevant.
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.
