At Klipklop, all of our products are made to order to minimise waste and ensure each item is created especially for you. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

All Klipklop products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • This includes production and packing time before your order is shipped

  • During sales or peak periods (e.g. back-to-school, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

  • Shipping method: Australia Post (or equivalent courier)

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after dispatch

    • Express Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Klipklop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
     

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Klipklop is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@klipklop.com.au and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
